These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and Cancellation Policy (collectively, the “Terms”), govern your use of this website and your booking or participation in safari tours requested through our platform ("we", "us", "our").
We operate as a technology-based safari booking and coordination platform for eco and wildlife tourism in Sri Lanka. We connect customers with independent safari jeep owners, drivers, and guides operating in various national parks.
By submitting a booking request, making a payment, or participating in a safari arranged through our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
We act solely as an intermediary and coordination service between customers and independent safari service providers. We do not directly operate all safari jeeps, nor do we employ all drivers or guides. Safari services are delivered by independent third-party providers, and not by us directly.
2.1 Booking Confirmation: A booking is considered confirmed only after payment (full or deposit, as agreed) is received and written confirmation is sent via email or WhatsApp.
2.2 Payment Methods: We accept Visa and MasterCard, Direct bank deposit/transfer, and Secure online payment via invoice. All card-related fees and international transfer fees are borne by the client.
2.3 Pricing: Prices may be quoted in USD or LKR. Prices generally include jeep hire and driver service fees unless stated otherwise. National Park entrance tickets are NOT included unless clearly mentioned. Park ticket prices are determined by the Department of Wildlife Conservation (DWC) and must be purchased at the entrance in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR).
3.1 Cancellation by the Client:
Refund processing may take 3–5 weeks, especially for international payments, subject to banking and Central Bank regulations.
3.2 Cancellation by Us: In rare cases (park closure, extreme weather), we offer a 100% refund before departure, or a pro-rata refund if cancelled after commencement.
Requests to change safari details must be submitted 24 hours prior. Failure to appear at the agreed pickup time (No-Show) will be treated as a cancellation with no refund.
Safari activities may involve rough terrain, early starts, long durations, and exposure to natural elements. Guests must ensure they are in suitable physical condition. Any medical conditions, mobility limitations, or special requirements must be disclosed prior to booking. Participation is entirely at the guest’s own risk, and guests must follow all driver, guide, and park authority instructions.
All national parks are natural habitats. Wildlife sightings depend on animal behavior, weather conditions, park traffic, and environmental factors. While drivers and guides make reasonable efforts to locate wildlife, sightings are never guaranteed. No refunds or compensation will be provided for limited or missed wildlife sightings.
For tours where meals are included, we can accommodate vegetarian or vegan requests only, subject to prior notice. We do not guarantee accommodation for other dietary requirements or food allergies. Guests with special dietary needs are advised to make their own arrangements. We accept no liability for issues arising from food consumption.
Guests must have comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage for medical expenses, emergency evacuation, accidents, and cancellations. Credit-card-only insurance coverage may not be sufficient.
We collect personal information (such as name, contact details, safari preferences) solely for booking processing and coordination. Customer data may be shared only with relevant independent safari service providers for the purpose of fulfilling the booking. We do not sell or misuse customer data. By making a booking, you consent to data usage as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
Wildlife safaris involve inherent risks including wildlife encounters, rough roads, weather conditions, and unforeseen events.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government actions, park closures, or extreme weather.
By participating in safaris arranged through our platform, guests consent to the use of photographs or videos taken during the tour for promotional purposes, unless objected to in writing prior to the safari.
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Sri Lankan courts.

By using this website or by clicking, tapping, or submitting any booking-related or inquiry-related action, you automatically confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, including the Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Any such action constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and us, confirming your acceptance of all applicable policies displayed on this website at the time of interaction.
14.3 Booking Nature
All submissions made through this website are treated as requests for coordination with independent safari service providers and are subject to availability and confirmation.
For safari booking confirmations that require pre-payment or deposits, the following bank account is the ONLY authorized bank account used by us. We shall not be responsible or liable for any payments made to third-party bank accounts, personal accounts, agents, drivers, or any payment method not officially listed below.
